Also called a breast form, a breast prosthesis replaces the shape of the breast tissue that was
removed during a mastectomy or lumpectomy.
After your surgery, your surgeon will advise you. It often varies depending on the
time it will take for your skin to heal from surgery. Swelling normally reduces within
6-8 weeks.

Post-mastectomy camisoles are a loose clothing option to wear as you heal. It holds your breast prosthesis in place while also securing surgical drains.
